Keeping Track of your Blood Pressure on the iPad and iPhone

Screen shot 2013-09-08 at 6.34.24 PMThere comes the time in most everyone’s life when they are required by a doctor to keep track of their blood pressure readings.

Of course you could write it down in a notebook … but this is much more fun!

Let me be clear. You do not take your blood pressure with this app. You simply record it, and let the app deal with your data in a multitude of ways.

(I apologize for the screenshots of the screenshots, but even though I enjoy sharing, to share all my own blood pressure numbers is a bit too much sharing 🙂 )

This app is easy to use. You can view your data in charts and graphs, and the MOST wonderful thing, in my opinion, is that with one tap of a button you can send all your data directly to your doctor.
